| DC Shopian flags off players for Sports and Youth Convention | | | | SRINAGAR, NOVEMBER 24: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Shopian, Owais Ahmad Saturday flagged off young players who are scheduled to participate in a convention at SKICC on November 26th.
Deputy Commissioner Shopian, Dr. Owais Ahmed on the occasion said that his office will provide every kind of help to the young players.
