Union minister of Textile and Information and Broadcasting Smriti Irani is on a two-day visit to Amethi in Uttar Pradesh from today.
During her visit, the Union Minister will hold several public meetings at different places. She will address a meeting of almost seven hundred village Pradhans at Gauriganj.
The minister is slated to inaugurate medical facility camps at several places.She will also inaugurate a newly built embankment on river Gomati at Haliyapur.
She will take part in Samarasata programmes on the Dr BR Ambedkar Jayanti.The minister will have the discussion with the women of SC and OBC community. The Muslim community women are all set to welcome Smriti Irani on the Triple Talaq issue.
On the last day tomorrow, before leaving, the Minister will have the meeting with SGPGI authorities at Lucknow to discuss reach of medical and treatment facilities to the last person of society. | | | | |
