| Two militants killed in Pulwama gunfight: Police | | | |  Srinagar, 31(Agencies): Two militants were killed after an encounter broke out between security forces and militants in Namibian-Marsar area of Pulwama in south Kashmir's Pulwama district, police said Saturday.
A police officer told Press, that a joint team of Security forces launched a cordon and search operation in the Namibian-Marsar forest of Pulwama this morning, following inputs about the presence of militants there.
“During the searches, militants fired on the search party, which was retaliated leading to an encounter, " he said
The official said that two militants were killed during the encounter while the identity of the slain militants is yet to be ascertained( | | | | |
