Labour stops all-round development of children.

Children's day is being celebrated all over the world and it is being highlighted that the rights of children should be respected and no kind of labour should be taken from the innocent, however, child labour is increasing day by day across the country, especially. Small children are hired for domestic work. The organizations that are crying about child labour are keeping children as domestic work in the houses of the officers and employees of the same organization, with whom a lot of exploitation is being done. November 14 is celebrated as Children's Rights Day all over the world. However, child labour is increasing day by day. Especially after covid-19, there has been a significant increase in child labour. Although child labour is banned in the Valley by the government and no one is allowed to work with young children and jeopardize their educational future. However, the process of making children work in the state still continues. Children are being made to work in various factories across the globe and country. It has been also learned that in the homes, government offices, officials of employees at homes and big businessmen, children from poor families are also engaged as domestic workers and their parents are pushing their children for different jobs for a meagre economical help to their families. During this winter day children are being forced to work in shops, factories and private offices to make tea, clean and do other small jobs. Children from remote areas are engaged in various jobs in nearby their locality. It has been also learned that often that the children become the sellers and are sold on the roads. Many children are employed as vehicle mechanics in various factories. For this, although many non-governmental organizations have come into existence which take action against those who work with children, but there is nothing like this in the valley, the said organizations are silently watching the exploitation of children. As a result, the educational future of such poor and destitute children is in jeopardy. However the Children living in the society will be intelligent, educated and moral, the society will be free from various social evils. The children who are abused at birth often suffer from various evils due to falling into the wrong hands; as a result evils take root in the society. Meanwhile, the International Labor Organization has demanded the end of child labor worldwide, due to which millions of children are affected.

More than 150 million children are engaged in child labour worldwide, including children under the age of five. Most of children work for long hours in abusive and slave-like conditions and are not paid or paid at all. As per the report of the International labour Organization and according to the report, more than half of the children affected by child labour work in very bad and dangerous environment which is harmful to their health? Report further confirms that most of the children are involved in the agriculture sector. In addition, children work in mining, construction, fishing and domestic work around the world. Beate Andras, head of the fundamental principles and rights department of the International Labour Organization, said to the Voice of America that many children are trapped in the worst conditions of labour, enslaved to pay off their parents' debts, or being trafficked into prostitution, leaving them with physical and mental problems that are often incurable. He said that "according to the standards of the International Labour Organization, the worst form of child labour is that which stops the physical and mental development of children.
