| At least 18 people killed and around 100 injured in a powerful explosion in Bangladesh capital Dhaka | | | |  New Delhi March 08:-
The death toll in the explosion that took place at Gulistan area in Dhaka yesterday morning has gone up to 18. Seven people are admitted to the nearby hospital in a critical condition.
More than a 100 people are reportedly injured in the massive explosion.Several of them are admitted to Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery in a critical condition.
Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Commissioner Khandker Golam Faruq said that the reason behind the deadly explosion in a building in Gulistan area was caused by the accumulated gas,
President Abdul Hamid and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina expressed profound shock at the loss of lives in the explosion. | | | | |
