Polite appeal of a victim and uprooted journalist from Kashmir Valley to the central team led by the Prime Minister who joined the G20.
Displaced Kashmir uprooted journalists expressed grief over the brutal treatment of the employees of the Information Department of Jammu and Kashmir.

Jammu May 23:- (Ashok Raina) The journalist who is homeless from Kashmir valley and lost his home, appealing to all international and national journalist community for intervention, immediately from the central team under the leadership of Prime Minister Mr. Narendra ji Modi who is participating in G20. The situation and problems faced by the journalist who was displaced from the Kashmir Valley is demanded to be resolved. It is a public violation of freedom of expression.

It is noteworthy that the situation of Ashok Raina, Editor of Northern Times is similar to the situation of Hindus living in Pakistan at the moment, which is a violation of the constitution and non-compliance in a secular democratic unionist country.

It is sad and regrettable that all the government employees working on the instructions of the Joint Director of the Department of Information and Public Relations, Jammu and Kashmir, have been forced the uprooted Journalist to stop his publication from the Jammu division by adopting many tactics and tactics on the said journalist and they are continuing to do so.

It is worthwhile to mention here that in the beginning, the Department of Information and Public Relations, Jammu and Kashmir had allowed the publisher to print and publish his news publication under the self-employment scheme and had granted NOC in favor of him.

Later, after making investments to publish the newspapers, the Joint Director of Information appointed in the Department of Information and Public Relations in Jammu and the employees working under his administration adopted excessive tactics and tactics and forced them to stop the publication of the newspaper from Jammu Division unlawfully in one pretext to another.

Although the victims are destitute, whose newspaper was published continuously since 2005 and was recognized by DAVP under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting Government of India, apart from the Ministry of Railways and the Ministry of Human Resources and Development, which continued to do well in Hindi, Urdu and English languages. He was and is still doing online public services to continue his profession.

At least more than 600 newspapers are being published in both divisions of Jammu and Kashmir, and history has witnessed that the minority and peace-loving people of Kashmiri Hindus were being harassed, and all the newspapers run by minority people were closed. It is a matter of sadness and regret that in this modern era of the 21st century, even among many educated officers, they are unable to adopt the attitude of regional and religious fanaticism, which is beyond all democratic requirements and law.

Even though the editor has been living in his own country since his childhood, he has had to face difficulties for unknown reasons. It is a matter of surprise that all the candidates who did not appear for the recruitment process with him on all India basis though were appointed, for which the central government is fully responsible even today, although the aforementioned editor and the senior citizen of India at the time In time, he filed his complaint with all the investigative agencies of India, including the Central Vigilance Organization, New Delhi, Human Rights Commission, New Delhi, etc. but despite receiving several orders from there, no order has been implemented for the victims' families till date, which is a cause of concern.

It is also sad that after filing a contempt of court case in the State High Court, the responsible public servants on the chair of the Joint Director Information of the Jammu Division of the Information and Public Relations Department of Jammu and Kashmir attempted to torture a journalist who was abandoned and displaced from the Kashmir Valley and in order to get justice in the State High Court, they brutally stopped the journalist and harassed him mentally for no reason.

The affected journalist immediately approached the Press Council of India; every effort has been made to stop the work of the journalist by promoting pen terrorism by misusing the pen and his chair. It is also important to mention here that from the year 2012 to the year 2023, many orders were sent from the office of the state governor in favor of the victims, but the sad point is that all the officers who were in the chair of the Joint Director of Information of Jammu did not fulfill their duties.

Not only did they deliberately ignore all these orders, but they also disobeyed the orders issued by the courts when the victims filed an online complaint in this regard even before the current governor, the pen terrorists responded by writing that the victims do not want to publish the newspapers, while the complainant has also knocked the door of many forums.

Therefore, I appeal to all the national and international media agencies to come forward and help the journalist to take action against the public servants who adopted cruel tactics by bringing all the living evidence that I have before the nation.
