MSBSHSE announces SSC exam results; 93.83% students pass | | | Mumbai June 02:- Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has announced SSC or Class 10 final exam results. Addressing the press conference Chairperson of Maharashtra State Board Sharad Gosavi informed that this year, a total of 15,29,096 students appeared for the Maharashtra SSC exam and of them, 14,34,893 or 93.83 percent have cleared the exam. He said that the pass percentage has dropped by 3.18 percent, when compared to last year. In comparison with the pass percentage of academic year 2019-20, which was pre-pandemic; there is a drop of 1.47 percent. In terms of division-wise result, Konkan has the best pass percentage of 98.11 percent. While Nagpur division remained at the bottom with 92.05 percent result. A total of 10,000 schools have achieved 100 percent result, which means not a single students from these schools have failed. Girls with passing percent of 95.87 out shined boys. 92.06 percent boys cleared the exam. The Maharashtra Class 10 board examination was conducted from March 2 to March 25, 2023 at various exam centres. | | | |
