HOW DOES IT YESTERDAY LOOK LIKE TODAY INDIA? Written by Ashok Raina | ARTICLE ON 14 SEPTEMBER 2024 | | Even though the election is near and the people in general have many wishes, during the election period, the speeches of the leaders are usually in favor of the people, but later on, the people are divided by what kind of crisis. So everyone knows from the people's protests. After 1947, how many governments were formed and people formed them, but none of the governments were serious about solving the problems of the people and on the contrary, political parties divided the people , on the basis of reservation ,region, religion and language among themselves for gaining the vote ballot policy People have the right to vote, they have the right to choose representatives, they have the right to promote the equal development of the country by strengthening the demands of democracy, and as a citizen, has also strived to achieve every goal. If we look at the things and arguments that political leaders tell or give while addressing gatherings during the election activities, if it were implemented, then the situation of our country today is not as much as it is seen in reality. What was India like yesterday and how does it look today? The sun also rises, the moon also rises, rivers flow and winds blow, but the accusations on the feet of political leaders can never be erased. Any leader should be associated with any party, but after winning the election, how the intention changes, it does not take long. If I talk about the migrant Kashmiri Pandits, when the central government came to power under the leadership of BJP in 2014, at least more than11 years have passed. The life they are living is a great tragedy and a magical affair. They craved even a drop of water to quench their thirst. I fully remember and time is also a witness that during the last 11 years, not a single parliamentary representative has taken stock of the situation of the homeless families living in the Kashmiri refugee camp to see how much they are living in the midst of inflation and wearing old torn clothes when the elections are coming. In order to ask for votes from the Kashmiri Pandit community, it remains to be seen whether the rains seem to drip from the sk On the earth through parachutes. It is evident that Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji visited the state of Jammu and Kashmir several times during the last 11 years. He also organized International Day Yoga programs and joined himself, but he kept silent about the homeless Kashmiri Pandits, due to which many unemployed youths have grown old without any employment opportunities, many lives have been ruined and their lives destroyed. Although it is true that it should be Narendra Modi or Jitendra Singh, then there was no need for both leaders to get the votes of Kashmiri Pandits. How much progress was made in Gujarat and many changes were seen in Jammu Division, but the Kashmiri Pandit minority community has been deprived from a drop of water. to quench the thirst After the year 1990,what happened to the Kashmiri Pandit minority community, even after all the countries of the world know everything, the government of India has continued to treat this minority community in a discriminatory and step-motherly way. The minority community has sacrificed many precious lives till date. In memory of the martyrs, Kashmiri Pandits across the country mourned and paid their respects while remembering the martyrs, and in this regard, Kashmiri Pandits took to the streets in large numbers on the Jantar Mantar Road in New Delhi and also held strong protests against oppression and violence The situation faced by more than 7 lakh families after fleeing Kashmir Valley is no less than penance. But this community was forced to live as refugees in their own country. After withdrawing from the Kashmir Valley, the political scenario presented by the ruling government's governors for this community is a sad and surprising thing. All the successive governments have deliberately deprived this minority community of all the basic facilities, which has affected the population of this community and even today the population is seen to be decreasing, which is a cause for concern. If the governments of this country are questioned on their carelessness, then surely all the governments will have to be humiliated in front of the international community. While in our country, the secular democratic alliances agree on its system and are famous for the heritage of culture and literary civilization, there is also a worsening picture of corruption. If we talk about India at that time or if we talk about today's India, everyone will say that before 1947, the British government was noisy, but today, apart from the political leaders, there is inflation and corruption.
