Delhi Police Issues Guidelines For Renting Out Property To Foreigners

New Delhi September 15:-
Delhi Police have issued guidelines for renting out property to foreigners. Persons renting out their property to foreigners for accommodation must report the stay of a foreign national to the Foreigners Regional Registration Office (FRRO).
It is mandatory for a hotel keeper, property owner, administrator, or manager to inform the FRRO about the foreign national staying on their premises within 24 hours of arrival. Every person renting out property to a foreigner is required to maintain a register, which should be produced for inspection on demand by any registration officer, magistrate, or police officer.
