| Rana extends greeting to people on Eid-ul-Fitr | | Such occasions help in fostering bonds of amity, brotherhood' | | |  Jammu, Jun 16 (Agencies): Provincial President National Conference and MLA Nagrota Devender Singh Rana on Saturday greeted the people on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr at Sidhra, Ragoora, Kamini and Nagrota and wished them prosperity.
During the exchange of greetings, Rana said that such occasions help in fostering bonds of amity and brotherhood, which is essence of the pluralistic ethos of Jammu and Kashmir.
“Let this Eid be harbinger of peace, happiness and progress”, he said and hoped that the people will celebrate this festival in true spirit of togetherness.
Rana visited the constituency extensively and met cross section of people. Scenes of amity were witnessed with people exchanging greetings outside the mosques and praying for each others’ well being.
