| 70-year-old man mauled to death by stray dog in Budgam | | Four others injured in the animal attack too | | | Srinagar, Oct 20: A 70-year-old man was mauled to death by a stray dog even as it injured four others in Manchowa area of J-K’s Budgam, reports said Sunday.
Media reported that a dog attacked the people at around 6 am as they were heading towards their field. Five persons were injured and one of them identified as Khazir Mohammad Magrey, 70, succumbed to his injuries
Four other persons are admitted in the local hospital, they added. Locals demand immediate action against stray dogs menace in the area and said that today’s incident should serve as eye opener for authorities to act.
