5.3 Magnitude Earthquake Jolts Parts Of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh
 
NEW DELHI DECEMBER 05:-
A mild earthquake rocked many parts of Telangana this morning around 07.27. A 5.3-magnitude earthquake jolted Telangana’s Mulugu district with tremors reported in Hyderabad and parts of Andhra Pradesh, the National Center for Seismology said. The quake struck at 7:27 am, causing panic among residents in Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Jangaon, Mahabubabad, Hanumakonda, Warangal and Bhadradri Kothagudem districts. However, there were no immediate reports of casualties or major damage. Telangana rarely experiences seismic activity, making the quake a rare event in the region.
