Jammu April 15(Ashok Raina)
India celebrated its silver Jubilee on March 1 this year but it is aggrieved to say here that the National Innovation Foundation (NIF) has not found the big discrepancy or snag which is matter of grave concern and the federal state Karnataka is missing the link continuously with India due to non-acceptance or non- adoption of the national language Hindi for the official work till now.

It was also the bound duty of parliamentarians to realize to understand this lapse bound destination of ways of approaching the communication roots to each other in the parliament. The official language Act Art.341 is meant for all Indian federal states including the state of Karnataka to accept and to adopt the national Language Hindi. It was also the duty of the state of Karnataka to learn this fact and made available teachers in all schools of Karnataka but where it is being lapsed and big snag has been developed with creativity of bag gap and broken the mutual bridge with the all the representatives in parliament and each other.

It is more significant to say here that without adoption of the official language Hindi in Karnataka since the very beginning and the days after the period of Independence has raised many queries upon the attitude of work in the parliament. It has also been learnt that the representatives of parliament from state of Karnataka were discussing their significant matters in favor of their own voters and people till date.

It cannot be ruled out that the regional language of Karnataka in Kannada which is often being used and It is the official language of the state, spoken by the majority of the population and recognized as a classical language by the Indian government. Besides Kannada, other languages like Tulu, Konkani, and Kodava are also widely spoken in specific regions of Karnataka and while the other commonly used languages Hindi and English are not being inducted in schools to craft the communication gap to end the present crisis in the state of Karnataka.

In the last more than 68 years how much the people of state of Karnataka lost can never be assessed due to the great blunder of violation of Art 341. It has been also raised the question on the selected representatives of the said federal state how they enjoy their exercise in state assembly or in the parliament to address the passages of the people to expand their needs to fulfill them

The communication gap is big gap but neither any parliamentarian nor any representatives of said federal state Karnataka understand this learning to do the needful what had been happened with the people of state of Karnataka till date being faulted all the times in all sessions of the parliament is matter of condemnation and disgraceful act and the said state in connection with other states entirely fails to make and show their constitutional rights most commonly within the all sections of the parliamentarian.
