TRUTH AND TRANSPARENCY: WRONG PREROGATIVES OF EXECUTIVE POWER OF AUTHORITY. | | | Truth and transparency are two identical words already in the world vocabulary but in spite of claiming good governance the people of the largest populated world states are often raising their fingers against the corruption that causes the concern over this bad habitual attitude of the executive power of authority blocking the development of states. Be Indian, to share my experiences regarding truth and transparency especially in the official routine work and attitude within the government offices is not perfectly matching according to the real sense of existing words. It is said that the water of one river is cooler than the water of another river and here also it is evident that the present government, like the previous governments, has also failed to end corruption. In our country India, all the successive governments till now have been making hollow claims of truth and transparency but the reality is that even today lakhs of cases of general public are pending in the courts for seeking justice. Despite getting the green signal from the courts, people are forced to wander around aimlessly. We can never trust truth and transparency, there are some doubts about the effectiveness of the investigation mechanism, which does not process complaint files in time. In our country, only the poor families and God know how they keep their kitchen fire burning. Who listens to the poor these days? Their voice is suppressed and crushed. There is loot and extortion in the name of corruption everywhere. Fed up of seeing who is given jobs or appointed in government offices, many good and capable doctors, technical educated people were forced to leave the country and are earning well by getting good opportunities abroad and While we realize their shortcomings in our hospitals. If we talk about the fourth pillar of democracy, which was doing a lot of work against corruption many years ago, but nowadays it is feeling so much pressure that it is hesitant to expose the malpractices that are often done in the development works by the government offices. Of course, the fourth pillar, which was doing a lot of work against corruption many years ago, is feeling so much pressure these days that it often hesitates to expose the irregularities in development work done by government offices. The graph of corruption increased so much that even the fourth pillar of democracy faced a situation of a disaster. Illiterate people, those who had received education only up to fourth or third class, were made the best journalists while the best journalists were forced to give up their profession. Apart from tailors, milk sellers, horse carriage drivers, cart runners, Bread makers, vegetable sellers, medicine sellers, shopkeepers, contractors were made the top journalists. If the matter of promotion and development of fake journalists comes to light at the international level, then the standard of the fourth pillar will automatically fall in the eyes of the people of our country as well. Similarly, the picture of who has been appointed on government jobs is emerging as a shameful picture for the whole country. People seem to be worried looking at the current working of government offices and those who are fed up are crying. There are countless matters of Indian citizens under consideration before the all judicial and non-judicial power of authorities for seeking justice from the part of the Executive machinery of the state. The governing body means Executive administration has never been seen seriously to do easily to understand or care about the implementation of the orders of judicial and non-judicial power of authorities in favour of skirmish individuals within time. If we talk about the student quota scam, many questions can be raised about the system of education in schools and colleges. The Supreme Court condemned the expansion of the NRI quota in Punjab’s medical colleges, calling it a “fraud” that forces more meritorious students out of the admission process. Hence Truth and transparency are two identical words used by everyone but the long tall claims of the successive governments are proving itself the wrong prerogatives of Executive power of authority all the times.
