“ENTER TO LEARN LEAVE TO SERVE” | YES! PUBLIC SERVANTS ARE INVOLVED IN NUMBER OF SCAMS ,SCANDALS | | NEW DELHI MAY 31(Ashok Raina) Learnt the lessons of past are forcing us to think again and again and what the general people of India thus achieved despite the countless spell have causing us about the pandemonium in the Lok Sabha over the issue of worth crores of scams, scandals, as well as corruption matters that remain on debate for discussion in parliament of India.
When you once again recall the scandals like Vijay Malaya to PNB Scam over Rs 9000 crores, Coalgate Scam – Rs. 1.86 lakh crore, 2G Spectrum scam – Rs. 1,76,000 crores, Commonwealth Games scam – Rs. 70,000 crore, . Nirav Modi PNB Bank fraud – Rs. 11,400 Crore, AgustaWestland chopper scam – Rs. 3600 Crore, Satyam scam – Rs. 14,000 crore, . Hawala scam – $18 million, BOFORS scandal – Rs. 64 Crore and several other scams you will brand the confirmation that the parliamentarian has not misplaced a single precious minute to make parliament aware and live through the all media channels busy trade over the issue.
Everyone is worried about the state of affairs in government offices these days. How will we be able to win the war against corruption when even the law makers seem helpless after being aware of so many scandals?
I am also very ashamed of the way things are being done in the offices. Be it the case of smuggling of milk-bearing animals or irregularities in appointments by recruitment boards or illegal occupation of government land under the Roshni Act by taking bribes, someone has been made the owner of the land. You know All these matters come under corruption.
If these matters come under corruption, then giving government jobs in favor of those who are involved in anti-national activities have damaged the property of the nation or have killed the innocent people, have burnt the trains or blazed upon the government buildings falls in which field or category?
After all, whom will we ask these questions from? From the houses of the parliament or law makers or from the responsible officers or the corrupt officials of the state and who has made how much property or become the owner, only those people know. Whose glances will we steal?
"Enter to Learn, Leave to Serve" is a motto that inspires a lifelong commitment to service and Generally, you must have seen the message written on the display boards of schools also but the questions arising on which schools and colleges the causing scam, scandals have learnt the lessons of exploitation, dishonesty and bribery are forcing us to think again and again.
The most important thing to learn is that who among all the parties sitting in the House are actually answerable for the scams committed and under what rights are they present in the House? Bringing to the notice of the public how many guilty officials ' been suspended or dismissed by the Parliament till date over originated a very sensitive matter.
Many doubts and questions are arising in my mind that why the working journalists the part of the fourth pillar of democracy pretend to be ignorant about what the members of Parliament are saying, claiming and doing in the people's House despite they making aware all the Indians about the truth and existence of scandals on the discussion table in parliament and what finally happened after all these happenings being originated and become within the visuals of people.
The media 4th pillar of democracy has right to enlighten the people towards the right path and learn and teach them the actual status of the rackets, scams and scandals as they bring brought into notice during last sessions of parliament for the betterment of future of state as well as in support and strengthen the routes of democratic machinery in accordance to the supremacy of the sovereignty state. It is also a learnable fact that those who exposed and depicted the big scams and scandals thus have made such successful events to make the recovery from the part of guilty ones.
The other things that forcing me to learn from the senior most that did the media have prepared and published the investigation report on the scams, scandals after the hue and cry raised by the Parliament in the both houses of parliament in the interest of powerful democracy and in the interest of state and its people or the representatives of the both houses styled the issue at all war lines in the ground of an elections and thereafter salience once being observed till next general elections to be held in the country.
I wish to ask the reasons behind the silence of the fourth pillar of democracy, over the much more sensitive issue after the learnable thought of parliament schooling that has described the adventures of scandals but whether the slack economy of state has been reinstated or otherwise being adopting the criminal salience over the issue for the purpose of their vested interest of politics for to gaining and winning the more seats with good margin of votes to get the absolute majority in parliament .
How many times have you been excited about a new learning teaching practice in parliament to get an opportunity on the same issue during the time of elections to win with a majority of votes and seats and then putting the matter on the back burner again.
If the opposition parties raised a hue and cry in the Parliament on the table of discussion over the matter of scams, scandals and later did they succeed in bringing out the real truth? Has the government ever taken any action and published a white paper on this very sensitive matter that damaged the cause of the country and on the economic front too?
According to a report published by Transparency International, “The Impact of Corruption on Growth and Inequality”, At the macro level, research generally shows that corruption has a detrimental, direct effect on economic development and growth.
Corruption is a complex phenomenon that comes in various forms, including bribery, embezzlement, nepotism, favoritism, fraud, and money laundering. It thrives in environments where ethics, accountability, and transparency are lacking, leaving room for corrupt individuals to exploit their power for personal gain.
Despite all this, we have a responsibility to raise questions on why silence was maintained on all the scandals, even today and tomorrow. If the perpetrators of the scandals are forced to remain silent till the next elections, then as an Indian citizen we should force them to break their ice before the next elections.
How has the fourth pillar of democracy the media shown the case regarding the effective steps taken by the members of Parliament to prevent corruption, scams and scandals. Whether the government and claimants successfully get back and recovered all loosed up economy for which they made the pandemonium
Categorically Corruption destroys morale, undermines democracy, represses economic growth, and makes inequality, poverty, social division, and the environmental problem worse and despite knowing all this by government public servants why are the officials not able to understand the earlier chapter of his schooling “Enter to learn and leave to serve” To make the salience over this sensitive issue is therefore a big achievement of corrupt officials during their schooling. YES, ENTER TO LEARN, LEAVE TO SERVE.
