WHO IS RESPONSIBLE AFTER ALL? Written by Ashok Raina
The people of Maharashtra miss the opportunity to introduce the national language in Schools

Opportunity to introduce the national language Hindi in schools was something very special in itself but who is responsible after all that the largest Hindu populated state Maharashtra remained disconnected in the last 78 years with the rest of other federal states of the country.

It is very unpleasant moments to share that even after 78 years of independence have passed the government in the large populated Hindu state Maharashtra has failed to introduce the national language Hindi in schools due to negligence and ignorance is great blunder and who is responsible after all this episode has raising many queries within the people of federal country.

The thing to think about is that the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra fails to coordinate each other to make the language Hindi the imminent subject from primary schools’ level to high standard of level in the said state and the people of Maharashtra had to suffer a lot in last more than seven decades even have loosed high ranks including IAS cadre at the all official level to represent their people due to lack of knowledge of Hindi.

Before call back its order related to introduce the Hindi in the state all the three chief ministers of the BJP led government finally fails and lays down their pens before the opposition structure in Maharashtra as has not set up the awareness camps in the state for enlighten the public at large to change the climate in the region though was disturbed by false propaganda created by opposition party leaders for their vested interest gains. Promoting any language in any state is not as bad as they have thought as we have just learned the foreign language English is now official languages of our several federal states.

People of Maharashtra have loosed enough and ample golden opportunities till date and remains disconnected with the people of other states due to tussle and fight between the political parties for projection of their election manifestos

The surprising thing is that for the last 78 years, the representatives elected members from Maharashtra state kept its people abeyance from the facts and rights continuously have deceived the people of their state despite traditionally they took part in the oath ceremony in the Parliament for the welfare of its people.

The most important and significant thing is that there is nothing wrong in learning any language. The more languages we know the more perfect we become and to learn the more to become more knowledgeable. The benefit of learning more languages will help us to achieve more and more, the countless benefits of the development of communication skills with each other. The aspect of languages sharply helps us to become friendly with everyone and get the benefits of different knowledge of cultures and traditions to address the grievances with share of affection and love to each other.

After the year 1947, from Maharashtra to the capital Delhi, no journalist took the Hindi language project in the right direction and neither did the owners of newspapers publishing in Hindi take any concrete steps to promote the national language Hindi or strengthen their circulation mission in Maharashtra or non-other speaking Hindi states.

After all, in India, a Hindu state and people who do not speak or write Hindi or do not have any interest in Hindi language, in which language have they been reading and listening to the Ramayana till date. Many questions are arising in the mind as to how they have been showing their excellence in Ram Bhakti and Krishna Bhakti poetry.

This is also forcing us to think about how the central governments have been claiming to run fortnightly Hindi workshop programs successfully till date, while the national language Hindi has been ignored and neglected in the Hindu mainland states of India. All the opposition leaders should have also focused on all these things and should never have hesitated in correcting all the past mistakes. Who is responsible after all?
