| Uproar on the genocide of Kashmiri Pandits, Jammu declaration released | | Panun Kashmir observed 13th July as Black Day. | | | Jammu July 13:(ASHOK RAINA )GUL -Panun Kashmir today once again switched on the concept of separate Home land for Kashmiri pandits in Kashmir valley and has built upon the strong pressure on the government looking powers to do made all arrangements for minority Hindus in Kashmir for their settlement Under the Marg Darshan resolution of Panun Kashmir. The panun kashmir has observed the 13th July as black day today and solemn shrandajali was observed in memory of the victims of the Kashmiri Hindu genocide and those martyred on 13th July 1931 here today.
While urged upon the government forces to made out the recognition of the massacre and the genocide of kashmiri pandits without any further delay. Dr.Agni Shekhar the convenor of Panun Kashmir has registered his strong protest against the time to time innocent killings of kashmiri pandits and has criticised over the exhibition of the criminal salience adopted by the all political leaders and administrative powers of state illegitimately .
On the very sensitive matter related to Kashmiri pandits the adoption of salience and discriminatory act by the state powers the panun Kashmir has said that the time has gone when Hindu were feel afraid and fear from those elements highly known for their violation of humanity and cruelty adoptions against the kashmiri Hindus now the time will give the surprise to all those elements in time to realize and understand the reality behind the actuality.
Panun Kashmiri finally has given the deadline of 19th of January next year to all power of authority concerned for recognition of illegal act of genocide of Kashmiri Hindus the minority community of Kashmir valley and has demanded to take every possible initiative to settle Kashmiri Hindus under separate Home Land proforma in Kashmir valley.
Pnun Kashmir has alarmed and warned the concerned power of authority of state that if they fails to do made the settlement of Kashmiri Hindus in Kashmir as per the marg darshan resolution and aspiration of kashmiri pandits the Panun Kashmir will come with together on roads along with all its supporters from all corners of the country and will snatch the right to their homeland by means of their aspirations , aims and ambitions and will decide the fate of 7lakh scattered Kashmiri Minority hindus of Kashmir with make of their path of living easy and bright in valley.
While addressing the jam-packed house of Kashmiri Hindu refugees at Abhinav Theatre, Jammu here today the renowned Panun Kashmir leader Dr Agni Shekhar has expressed deep sorrow and shocked over the act of genocide of Kashmiri Hindus and adoption of criminal salience by the state affairs for their vested interest.
Dr.Agni Shekhar along with all prominent leaders of kashmiri pandits have strongly criticized the act of massacre of Kashmiri pandits and gave a strong message of protest to the whole people of the world .
On the day of observation of the black day on 13th july Dr agni Shekhar has said that the Panun Kashmir will not lag behind to fight against the adoption of cruelty against the minority community and till up to we seek the justice the organization will took the support of all judicial powers and would develop different links for to meet and formation with the better positive results.

The event culminated in reading the Jammu Declaration which reaffirmed the 1991 marg Darshan resolution set 19th January 2026 as the final deadline for the government of India to act decisively . The declaration demanded legal and constitutional recognition of the kashmiri Hindu genocide , immediate creation of panun Kashmir as union territory , establishment of a genocide justice commission and reparations frame work , end of discrimination against jammu through constitutional safeguards and full protection and support for prosecuted Hindus from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan.
The event concluded with thunderous chants of “ JAI PANUN KASHMIR ‘ BHARAT MATA KI JAI “AND VANDE MATRAM with collective resolve -we shall not rest. We shall not retreat until dharma is restored , justice delivered and Kashmir once again echoes with chants of our temple . | | | | |
