| Idea and images in political view of Jammu and Kashmir. Written by Ashok Raina | | | | Idea of restoration of statehood in Jammu and Kashmir has given the new births and heights in political theory of state and after the verbal assurance given by the Hon’ble Prime minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi Ji to the people of state of jammu and Kashmir has picked up the new stanzas by the all political parties of Jammu and Kashmir for their vested interest of politics is making efforts again to disturbance the peace and normalcy in Jammu and Kashmir once again . The number of images of political leaders from the different political parties in the state is not lagging behind from the opportunities being delivered to them.
The wonders of politics in state of jammu & Kashmir has already recognized in the history of literature from the beginning era of former chief minister Sheikmohd Abdullah the veteran leader of national conference had expressed his desire of NAYA KASHMIR to people of jammu and Kashmir and forced the Maharaja Hari Singh to leave the throne to flee from the Kashmir valley . That after he was sworn as the chief minister of Jammu in Kashmir duly after he signed on the agreement in the year of 1952 with India in terms of special constitutional right article 370 but the chapter of Naya Kashmir has not ended still now in Jammu and Kashmir. From the year of 1952 to 1990 several elections of state assemblies were constitutionally held and people of jammu and kashmir were always misled and be fooled for the vested interest of politics . That by root cause of to win the assembly elections the said great national conference leader with his other amalgam parities leaders were sloganeering in Kashmiri language “Maa ka izzat 370,Behan ka Izaat article 370 , Beti ka izat 370,massi ka izat article 370, pufi ka izat article 370”(means article 370 is the respect and honor of our mothers, sisters, daughters) during the all elections campaign’s were held in the all segments of Jammu and Kashmir whenever the fact is that former chief minister of Jammu and kashmir sheikh Mohd Abdullah was self explanatory of 1952 agreement. After the agreement 1952 the speeches of political leaders including Mohd afazal Beig, a well known author during congress rule, were publicized in urdu leading and rich circulated news publications in Daily Aftab and Srinagar Times.
The situation arising out of the speeches of politicians in Jammu and Kashmir was taking a serious turn. There was noise at some places, fights at some places, incidents of arson at some places, that is, in short, people kept getting stuck and wandering in the middle of the political turmoil. That in the democratic setup machinery was richly activated in the state and with the result the government recognized by many changes but in the year of 1978 after the death of Sheikh Mohd Abdullah the agenda of Naya Kashmir was continued properly and worked internally by few from outside of the National conference . The pak based Hurriyat conference was encouraging the political agenda of the national conference and after the execution of Zulfikar Ali mohd bhutto the situations in kashmir valley grew into extremely sad and very grim . The people of Jamaat-e – Islami were suddenly targeted and their houses were set on fire. That on the grass root level the political back up of the national conference was to promote the political thought of NC’s Naya Kashmir with the support and help of Hurriyat conference. Finally the mission became a failure during the congress rule at center led by the smt.indira Gandhi. Later in the year of 1984 Rajiv Gandhi led congress and Dr. Farooq Abdullah led National conference came in at one stage at Degree college Anantnag for boys at Khanna Bal the part of south kashmir in the valley and have decided to fight the jointly the assembly elections in Jammu and kashmir .
In the year of 1989 and 1990 the Pakistan started the Proxy war in the state of jammu and kashmir forced the Minority Kashmiri pandits to flee from their native places the large number of houses of minority community were burnt into ashes , number of children become orphans ,women related to minority community become widows and no one was able to state the sudden hot bowl crisis in the state of Jammu and kashmir in which large number of innocent people were fried without any fear or fright .
Later on 5 August 2019, the government of India revoked the temporary special provision act called the special status, or autonomy, granted under Article 370 of the Indian constitution to Jammu and Kashmir .
The politically befooled people of state of Jammu and kashmir especially from Kashmir valley were made to learn the federal system in the chapter of our constitution and deprived from the fundamental rights the people of state were to get marginally benefited in parallel to all successive governments in jammu and kashmir .
The bjp party has strengthen their position in Kashmir valley and has made every efforts to promote their vote ballot policy for better future while as National conference has to very tough competition to heal up in next coming election is thus knowing all these things Mr.omar abudllah is raising the same slogan what his grand father had started in the year of 1931 is demanding to make the syllabus under statehood chapter once again .
In this quagmire, the condition of the displaced Kashmiri Pandit community became worse. The population is proving to be negligible. Many people were killed due to the lack of attention of the governments towards them. Due to being deprived of basic rights, many people of the displaced community died at a young age. Many unemployed youth belonging to Kashmiri Hindus were affected due to the neglectful attitude of the governments and without employment resources, many became victims of depression and the Human Rights Commission remained silent while the governments remained silent spectators.
However, the trains are on path and the links of Naya Kashmir emerged. The musical events are learnable from Nishat and Shalimar Bagh. The cinema Halls being restored the large number of films produced, New songs were sung with new literature in the history of democracy and with the separation of leh ladakh the autonomous union territory of Jammu and kashmir. The tourism sector is being promoted to end the unemployment crisis in the state of jammu and kashmir . | | | | |
