Politics across the country is becoming a grassroots arena, creating increasingly dire situations. But if this very arena erupts into war, the public has perhaps realized what will happen to the country, and they seem to be deeply apprehensive and distressed. The situation of the common people in this turmoil and conflict caused by politics is not only a unique example but also creates a huge circle around them in which people get trapped and cry over their fate.
Given the current state of mind of the leaders, how are government offices functioning that even committed governments are completely helpless in stopping the protests of the people across the country.
Schools across the country have also been affected by internal rivalry and political arena, where many schools have been severely discriminated against in maintaining access to funds equally under the Mid-Day Meal Scheme.
It is pertinent to mention here is no doubt that the Ministry of Education focuses special attention on itself towards the mid-day meal scheme for government schools in India for to stop the wastage and stagnation among the school going children but unfortunately the issue of mid-day meal has been touched to mount number of times within the eyes of people and through media sections across the country related to negligence was found in the mid -day meals for schools in India .
Reports indicate that numerous scams related to the mid-day meal projects in schools across the country are uncovered every year, thus, this kicking of children's stomachs has created a furor everywhere.
It is unfortunate to say here that not only the Ministry of Education, but also numerous school employees and their attendants are making and sharing the headlines for their allegedly involvement in making burnt chapatis cooking fires from bad mixed flour came recently in the news that the chapatis were also been served through on contract basis with the help of contractors.
Most importantly, if the funds received under the Mid-Day Meal Scheme in schools run under the governments of pro- policy factor states running with coordination of the Central Government are to be compared with the funds given or made available to schools in other states of the country, it becomes clear that discrimination has been made at large and in big level related to allocation of funds.
You know that If we carefully examine the reports presented by the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education, in the Lok Sabha time to time , it will certainly reveals that equal rights of schools have been ignored in the budget allocation and expenditure of the Mid-Day Meal Scheme across the country and different states have received the different grade -rank of funds for to stop the wastage and stagnation among the school going children by the chance of Mid-day meals scheme.
The budget allocated under the PM POSHAN Scheme (earlier known as Mid-Day Meal Scheme) for the year 2019-20 was Rs. 9,912.21 Crore which increased to Rs. 12,900.00 crore for the year 2020-21. Budget allocation for the year 2020-21 had additional provision for an amount of Rs. 1900 crore for disbursing Food Security Allowance to all the eligible children over and above the approved allocation, due to Covid-19 Pandemic. The Budget for 2021-22 was Rs. 10233.75 crore. An amount of Rs. 12800 crores have been allocated for implementation of the scheme for the year 2022-23. The State-wise and yearwise details of funds allocated/released and utilized under the scheme for the last three years 2019-20 2020-21 2021-22 is enlisted here for your knowledge to realize with the better understanding put in common place that has been adopted by the government.

In Jammu and Kashmir, the allocation of financial budget for the year of 2019-20 approximately benefited to primary standard government schools in order to provide the mid-day meals 2666.45 -7949.01 crores of rupees while as for the financial period of year 2020-21is traced and found recorded in figures upto 15960.26- 14306.84 crores and similarly for the year of 2022-2023 is shown slow downed up to 12221.88-14788.59 crores.
That in parallel to state of Jammu and Kashmir the state of Gujarat the allocation of budget related to provide the mid-day meals in primary school during the financial year 2019-2020 is recorded 39287.11-37962.06 crores and for the years of 2021-2022 the amount of worth Rs 52871-83 59593 crores is found dedicated to primary schools in state of Gujrat while as for the year of 2022-2023 the financial budget allocated and favorable for the state of Gujrat schools is extended largely in parallel to previous years 50706.46 -49297.72 Crores recorded.
If we talk about the state of Madhya Pradesh, then how do the figures here reflect regarding the mid-day meal budget, we will definitely discuss that too and according to the data received, for the year 2019 to 2020 is estimated amount of Rs 50407.62- 51791.74 crores recorded while as for the year of 2020-21 the allocation of budget in terms of mid-day meals is confirmed as 82754.74 -87607.86 for the said state and similarly for the period of financial year 2021-2022 the allocation budget in regard to mid-Day meals is recorded for state of Madhya Pradesh is estimated our looked up to Rs 47220.22-47793.37 crores of rupees.
The budget allocation for the state of Assam in terms of mid-day meals for the year of 2019-2020 is 55325.82- 56024 crores while as for the financial year 2020-21 the allocation of budget in terms of mid-day meals is confirmed as 75703.77 -76469.2 crores of rupees for the period of 2021-2022 is found favorable for school going children near about found fixed 61570.1- 67949.1 crores.
In the state of Chhattisgarh, the position regarding the financial budget in terms of mid-day meals for period of financial year 2019-2020 worth of Rs 25489.23 -26886.06 crores is figured in list while for the year of 2020-2021 the number of rupees is allocated 38080.87- 42439.58 rupees and similarly for the year of 2021-2022 the allocation of budget is fixed during said period is graded level up to Rs 21315.32 - 34067.95 crores of rupees.

You know that in the Indian capital of state Delhi for the financial year 2019-20 the number of rupees 10319.99- 7022.89 crores for the year of 2020-2021 the amount of Rs 11297.29- 9955.46 crores and similarly for the year of 2021-2022 the allocation of funds for mid-day meals has been utilized in figures up to Rs 4403.79- 6972.5 crores.

Similarly, if you examine the funds allocated by the central government to all states once again, you'll discover how discriminatory the central government is in providing benefits to poor school children under the Midday Meal Scheme, which was intended to prevent wastage and stagnation in schools. Thus, it's easy to conclude and understand that politics in India also affects school children also.
