| DDC Kulgam felicitates gold medallist, Insha | | | | KULGAM, JANUARY 14: Deputy Commissioner Dr Shamim Ahmad Wani today felicitated Insha Jan by presenting a memento and certificate for bagging a gold medal in Belt Wrestling open category at under-19 National school games held at Belgavi Karnataka.
While congratulating Insha, Dr Shamim said that district administration is taking all steps to channelize the sports talent of the youth of the district.
The felicitation function was organised by the office of DYS&S Kulgam.
DYSSO Kulgam and other officials of the Department of District Youth Services and sports Kulgam were also present on the occasion. | | | | |
