| President Kovind returns to New Delhi after three-nation visit | | | |  New Delhi August 04:-
President Ram Nath Kovind returned to New Delhi this morning after completion of his three-nation visit to Benin, Gambia and Guinea.
That was the first ever visit by any President of India to the three West African countries. During the week long visit, he held talks with his counterparts from these countries and discussed several issues.
A number of MoUs were also signed in the field of traditional medicine, pan Africa e-Network Project, solar and renewable energy, E-education and Ayurveda.
In Guinea, he received National Order of Merit which is the highest civilian award of the country. | | | | |
