| Earthquake tremors felt in Dhaka, other cities of Bangladesh | | | | Dhaka 07 July :-
Tremors were felt in Dhaka and other areas of Bangladesh around 9.15 a.m. on Wednesday as an earthquake measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale hit parts of Assam. According to the United States Geological Services (USGS) report, the latest earthquake was centered 7 km south of Lakhipur in Assam at a depth of 10 kilometer.
Apart from Dhaka, tremors were also felt in other parts of Bangladesh like Gaibandha, Bogura and Rajshahi.
No reports of damage to life or property have been received from any area in Bangladesh as ye | | | | |
